Primary Care Membership
Our Primary Care Membership offers video, phone, portal, text, email, office, or home sites of care, with access typically within 1 to 72 hours. This also includes select in-office testing, procedures^, injections^, access to discounts for imaging / meds, cupping, scraping, and the first week of acupuncture for sudden onset conditions. Adults up to age 64 : $110; school age children: $70; distant adult students to age 22: $20 with paying adult; Family of 4: $250 (monthly pricing). Adults 65+ (will be on a waiting list initially due to Medicare opt out rules), $150.
^An Intensive Primary Care membership cost level may apply depending on extremely high utilization due to complexity, similar as to Acupuncture Premium.
Acupuncture Membership
Experience the healing or helping power of acupuncture with our “Acupuncture Premium” membership, intended for long term conditions that need frequent treatments for the first two months: $350 per month. Most often treatments can be spaced to bimonthly, monthly, or quarterly afterwards which would transition to “Acupuncture Maintainence” membership for $150/mo. Both include Western Primary Care.
Holistic Medicine Workshops
Our members qualify to register for intermittent Holistic Medicine Workshops for an additional fee: such as Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Cooking, Forest Bathing, etc. Learn about natural and integrative approaches to health and wellness.
